Government Relations and Public Policy Committee
This committee develops recommendations for public policy positions affecting MCF’s legislative, regulatory and administrative advocacy.
Finance, Administration and Audit Committee
This committee monitors MCF finances; recommends annual budget, including membership dues schedules to the Board of Directors; recommends finance and administration policies to the board as necessary; and advises staff on other financial and administrative issues as requested.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee
This committee's role is to ensure the MCF advances diversity, equity and inclusivity across all policies, practices and programs of the organization and the field.
Membership Committee
This committee works with MCF staff to recruit and retain members, recommends policies that guide membership eligibility, and develops strategies to expand MCF membership to engage new and emerging forms of organizational philanthropy.

The Minnesota Democracy Expansion Fund creates a pooled funding opportunity for MCF members interested in supporting successful outreach and implementation of these historic reforms.
