The Minnesota Council on Foundations is governed by a board of directors elected by members. Each director is elected for a three-year term and can serve a maximum of two terms. Annual Board Application Process

MCF is committed to building a diverse Board comprised of individuals from different backgrounds and with a range of experiences and viewpoints. Every summer the Governance Committee actively seeks applicants to fill available seats on the board. MCF's board application for 2027 is closed.
