For the first time in 12 years, the Minnesota Council on Foundations and Minnesota Council of Nonprofits, with a rich history of collaboration spanning over three decades, are partnering again to convene Minnesota's philanthropic and nonprofit communities for two days of innovation and connection. This reunion signifies more than just an event; it symbolizes the enduring commitment of both organizations to foster cross-sector collaboration, promote meaningful dialogue, and drive positive change in the state's charitable sector.

At this year's conference, we'll focus on the theme of Mosaic: Meaningful Collaboration in a Complex World. The layers inherent in a “complex world” are infinite. Within this context, we aim to explore the multifaceted dynamics that characterize the relationship between funders and nonprofits. These layered relationships reveal both opportunities for joy and growth, as well as challenges and tensions. By acknowledging and actively engaging with this complexity, we can transform the collaborative efforts of our sectors into a vibrant mosaic of innovation and progress.
