Notice of Annual Meeting of Members

Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of Members of the Minnesota Council on Foundations is called to take place on Wednesday, December 3, 2025. The meeting will be called to order at 1:00 p.m. and will adjourn at 2:00 p.m. The meeting will be held remotely as a video conference.

The agenda will include insights from the Chair and President, election of directors, and reports on MCF’s financial health, governance, and membership.

The date of record for the Annual Meeting is October 10, 2025. Each member organization as of that date shall be entitled to one vote at the meeting. A member’s vote may be cast by its delegate in person or by proxy. All eligible voting members are asked to complete an attendance and proxy form, which signifies if you are able to attend the meeting and vote, or if you would prefer the MCF board Chair vote on your behalf in your absence. All eligible voting members are asked to complete and return the attendance and proxy form to MCF staff by Wednesday, November 27. The form can be found here.
