Purpose of Request
MCF is seeking a consultant to support Minnesota’s 2030 Census planning efforts. This one-year engagement will focus on convening Census partners, engaging communities and stakeholders across the state, supporting development of a community-informed 2027 legislative funding request, and leading Phase 1 development of a statewide Communications and Mobilization Plan for the 2030 Census. The work will build on Minnesota’s successful 2020 Census efforts and prioritize equity, trusted community engagement, and long-term civic infrastructure.
