MCF offers both on-going and ad hoc trainings and briefings to advance your skills and knowledge around DEI issues.
The Transforming Philanthropy: Learning Community of Practice (adapted from Transforming White Privilege curriculum), is an intensive blended learning experience designed to help current and emerging leaders within Minnesota's philanthropic sector to better identify and productively address white privilege and its consequences. The self-paced, 20-module curriculum contains a mix of videos, learning articles, and self-reflection activities paired with monthly peer conversations. Visit MCF's Event Calendar to see when the next cohort will begin.
MCF Member-Initiated Briefings take place throughout the year. Briefings offer opportunities for MCF members to learn from one another about issues or programs that support growth of the philanthropic sector. Learn how to initiate a member briefing.
