As part of efforts to increase pay transparency and equity in our sector, MCF requires that job posts include the starting pay range or starting fixed pay rate listed in dollars.
This has been MCF practice for some time and, as of January 1, 2025, it is also required by MN law for any employer of 30 or more employees at one or more sites in Minnesota. Under the MN pay transparency law, a covered employer must include in any job posting the starting salary range (the minimum and maximum annual salary or hourly rates) or fixed starting pay rate and a general description of all of the benefits and other compensation for the position, including but not limited to any health or retirement benefits.
If a job listing submitted to MCF does not include this information, the posting may be subject to removal.

How long will my job posting stay active?
Job postings remain on the website until the Application Deadline, which you must indicate via your submission.
Can I reactivate my job posting or change the Application Deadline at a later date?
If there was a typo or other error in the submitted deadline, you can contact us shortly after posting to update it. For extensions to an existing deadline, nonmembers would need to submit a new job listing for $100. Members can either create a new free job listing, or contact us to update the original deadline.
