Join us for a meeting of the Independent Foundation Professionals Network. This network is for MCF members who work at private independent foundations and are interested in discussing the unique issues and opportunities for private foundations. The conversation will be led by attendees; plan to be actively engaged and use your webcam, if you’re comfortable doing so. This meeting is also open to individuals working in private family foundations who are interested in this topic.

We’ll kick-off the conversation in November with a conversation about values and leadership. What does leadership mean from different roles within your organization? What’s expected of you and how can you lead effectively from your current role? How are/were the values for your organization determined? What does it look like to align the organization’s values with staff and community? This conversation will be launched by Chetna Tandon, Director of People and Culture, Northwest Area Foundation

You’re welcome to join, as your schedule allows. Join for the full 75-minutes if you can. And join for a few minutes if you can’t be with us the whole time. Save the dates for all of our 2024 gatherings: April 3, June 12, September 11, and November 20.

Do you have a suggestion for a topic at a future meeting? Send ideas to Paul Masiarchin, pmasiarchin@mcf.org. This is an MCF members-only briefing. Log-in details will be provided in your confirmation email.
