Are you setting a competitive salary and benefit package to attract and retain talent? This special members-only webinar is all about information contained in the 2022 Midwest Grantmaker Salary, Benefits, and Demographics Report—a free report available only to members of MCF and our regional philanthropy-serving partners in Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa. This report is based on data from the Council on Foundations’ national salary survey. Brittany Kienker, Ph.D., will present key findings from the report and address frequently asked questions about how to use and navigate the data to best meet your foundation's unique needs. It is becoming increasingly critical for philanthropy to offer the best employee benefits in today’s competitive market. During this program, we will have an open dialogue for you and your Midwest counterparts to share indirect and non-cash employee benefits that can help give you an edge.
