One of the greatest opportunities presented under the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) of 2022 is an area likely unfamiliar to many nonprofits and foundations: tax credits. While energy-related tax credits have been around for some time, the IRA has made them bigger, and for the first time opened them up to non-taxed entities through a provision called Elective Pay. Join us with officials from the State of Minnesota and the Biden Administration as we talk through the opportunity, and how foundations and nonprofits can participate in the transition to a clean-energy economy.

This briefing is being co-hosted by the Minnesota Council on Foundations and the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits and is open to nonprofits and foundations.
