Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of Members of the Minnesota Council on Foundations is called to take place on Thursday, December 7, 2023. The meeting will be called to order at 1:00 p.m. and will adjourn at 2:00 p.m. The meeting will be held remotely as a video conference.
The agenda will include the state of MCF, election of directors, reports on the financial health, governance, and a membership review.
The date of record for the Annual Meeting is October 9, 2023. Each member organization as of that date shall be entitled to one vote at the meeting. A member’s vote may be cast by its delegate in person or by proxy. Members who cannot be represented by video at the meeting are requested to complete and return a proxy form to MCF staff by Wednesday, November 29.
