2024 was a year of strengthening nonprofit and government partnerships for community impact at MCF. These relationships and cross-sector partnerships help create meaningful change then, now, and in the years to come.
Some of our 2024 highlights include:
- Hosting a Joint Annual Conference with the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits, where over 1400 people from Minnesota’s nonprofit and philanthropic sectors came together to discuss shared goals, challenges, and solutions.
- Welcoming our first two community representatives to the MCF board of directors.
- Mobilizing pooled funds to support local journalism, civic participation, government accountability, increased voting access, safeguards to democracy, and more.
