DEI leadership

As part of our 2025 “Different Voices, Shared Journey: leadership without easy answers” theme, this session explores how relationships are foundational to our success. Building relationships across power and position requires navigating an often unspoken curriculum. In this session, we’re making space to learn from each other and together create the conditions to discover:

  • How to map your current relationship portfolio’s strengths and gaps.
  • Strategies for building relationships up, down, and across organizational life.
  • Ways to nurture connections that energize rather than deplete.
  • Lessons from leaders on the specific roles peers, senior leaders, and mentors play in our advancement.
  • Approaches for cultivating high-quality connections marked by mutual energy, engagement, and learning.
