The national Council on Foundations’ 2024 Grantmaker Salary and Benefits (GSB) Survey is open now. MCF and our Midwest partners need the participation of Minnesota foundations in order to bring the most accurate and up-to-date information to our grantmaking communities.
Data from the GSB Survey is how we bring you the Midwest Grantmaker Salary, Benefits & Demographics Report, a member benefit MCF launched in 2022 in partnership with other philanthropy-serving organizations in the Midwest. Participation from Minnesota helps ensure data from our state is well represented in both the national and Midwest reports.
When foundations participate, they also receive free access to COF's national GSB Report and Board Compensation Tables.
Complete the survey by May 29th:
- If your organization participated in a previous GSB Survey, log in to Benchmark Central using your cof.org credentials.
- If your organization has not participated in a previous GSB Survey, please email communications@cof.org with your foundation name and your designated respondent’s first and last name, title, and email address, and an account will be created for you.
