How can you integrate listening practices into your strategy?

Join us to explore how intentional practices of listening can help shift power between philanthropic families and their partners, deepen relationships, and support equitable outcomes.

In this session you will learn more about how family philanthropies can engage authentically with grantees and communities. We will cover how to ask effective questions, interpret what you hear, and respond in ways that strengthen mutual trust, co-creation, and agency.

Family philanthropy leaders will share examples of how they embedded listening into their strategy, and how you can implement these processes in your organization. You’ll leave with actionable takeaways for how your philanthropic practice can be more relational, equitable, and grounded in the voices of those you aim to serve.

This National Center for Family Philanthropy (NCFP) webinar is a free benefit of MCF membership. Log-in details will be provided in your confirmation email.
