What does it take to move from traditional investing to values-aligned investing? Join this session to hear from three foundations that have taken incremental steps to incorporate investment policies, practices and statements that demonstrate a commitment to organizational values. 
 
Presenters will share:

• What steps were necessary to shift toward values-aligned investing & what challenges or unexpected items were handled
• How staff, trustees and financial advisors participated & how they’ve navigated transitions of board and staff
• How fiduciary duties and stewardship roles changed during this process
• How they talk about their investment strategies today 
• Why values-aligned investing has made their organizations more impactful & how they’re measuring and reflecting on the impact of values-aligned investing
