Are you looking to simplify and streamline your forms to improve applicant/grantee experience and strengthen your practice of trust-based philanthropy? Kate Boyle-Steed and LaCora Bradford Kesti from the Women’s Foundation of Minnesota will describe how and why the foundation is streamlining their grantmaking forms to capture key information while reducing burden on grantee-partners. They will share their recently updated forms as resources – their grant application, renewal application, and grant report – along with how they received and acted on partner feedback, their inspiration from the field, and considerations for updating your own forms. This webinar is most applicable for grantmaking and evaluation staff.

As a result of this webinar, attendees will gain resources for better aligning their grantmaking forms with trust-based philanthropy, including how to leverage MCF's common grant tools, to create more equitable and less burdensome grantmaking processes. The session will also share how the Women’s Foundation of Minnesota customized the common grant tools to align with their own approach. When funders improve our practice of trust-based philanthropy together, we are a stronger sector that better serves and learns alongside our nonprofit partners.
