Recent events hace forced issues concerning race and equiy to the surface. Many foundations are having the difficult conversations around what it means to be an anti-racist organization, influencing the way that we do our work and the ways that we evaluate it as well. While uncomfortable, these conversations are needed to move our sector toward more equitable practices. This session gives individuals a brave space to share their experience and learn with their peers.
This peer network provides space for everyone whose responsibilities include learning and evaluation to get to know one another, share about the work they are doing, and talk through questions and challenges with their peers. It is also an opportunity to start thinking about how MCF can best support Evaluation and Learning staff moving forward.
