Join us for the third session in our 2025 educational series on Latine communities and philanthropy. This virtual briefing will spotlight the critical role of Latine-led nonprofits in strengthening our communities. Participants will hear directly from nonprofit leaders about the realities on the ground, from the strengths and innovation within Latine-led organizations to the challenges and barriers they continue to face.

This session will create space for candid dialogue and shared learning about how philanthropy can better recognize, support, and invest in Latine leadership. By centering the voices of nonprofit leaders, we aim to deepen funder understanding and spark strategies that lead to more equitable and effective philanthropic practice.

Whether you are new to this conversation or already engaged in supporting Latine-led work, this briefing offers an opportunity to learn, reflect, and explore how we can collectively build stronger partnerships with Latine communities. This briefing is open to all MCF members. Log-in details will be provided in your confirmation email.

MCF Latine Program Series: MCF’s Latine Program Series offers education and engagement for the philanthropic community, with a focus on the Latine community in Minnesota. The programming is guided by MCF members; to get involved please reach out to Khin Oo, program manager, [email protected]. MCF uses the word Latine interchangeably with Latinx and Latino/a with the understanding that word choices are important to demonstrate representation and inclusion; at the same time, we recognize that community members use various words to describe themselves and their community.
