Shaping MCF's DEI Work

MCF is deeply committed to advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racism within our organization and Minnesota’s philanthropic community. A vital part of our DEI journey is pausing to reflect on our strategies and capacity to do this important work.

As our work evolves, we invite you to help us develop a courageous and visionary DEI strategy. On August 15, we will lead a focus group in partnership with Dr. Omari Keeles from ADR Consulting. This is an opportunity for you to provide input about how we can support each other as we put our DEI values into action.
