With a commitment to centering the voices of those most affected by decisions, Donna upholds the belief that “Nothing about us without us is for us,” ensuring that all decisions are inclusive and truly reflective of those impacted.

Donna worked with The Saint Paul Foundation for 10 years, helping families, individuals, and corporations manage their donor advised funds. From there, she joined the Mortenson Family Foundation and served as their Executive Director for 13 years.
