The Toro Company Announces Annual Product Donation Program

The Toro Company has long been committed to helping customers, communities and industries around the world in caring for their outdoor environments. In supporting nonprofit organizations in communities where employees live and work, The Toro Company is proud to announce its Annual Product Donation Program.

“Many organizations require equipment and irrigation to ensure safe and well maintained facilities, as well as to help further their mission.  Supporting the communities where our employees live and work in this way extends our purpose to enrich the lives, the land and the communities we serve,” said Judson McNeil, President of The Toro Company Foundation.

Through this program, The Toro Company supports nonprofits worldwide by donating turf and landscape maintenance products to help in maintaining the organization’s facilities and in furthering their mission. Job skills training, encouraging and supporting homeownership, arboretums and zoos are just a few examples of the nonprofit sectors that have benefited from this program in the past.

“It means so much to us to have these wonderful tools at our disposal. Sometimes the work seems really hard, but our field staff receive both relief and encouragement from Toro’s generous supply of equipment that help make our work so much easier. The product program is so important and its impact is significant in making affordable housing happen in our community,” said Terry Barnes, Construction Support Associate, Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity.

Qualifying organizations must be located within 30 miles of an office, manufacturing or distribution location of The Toro Company and be a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. Applications for 2021 must be submitted by May 14, 2021, at 12:00 p.m. CDT. Apply today at
