Northwest Minnesota Foundation (NMF), a community foundation serving twelve northwestern Minnesota counties through programs that help the region be a better place to live and work, announces that Ashley Johnson has been promoted to Senior Development Officer, and has been assigned to serve NMF funds located in Beltrami County.

Mic McCrory has been hired as a Development Officer to serve NMF funds located in Hubbard, Mahnomen, Roseau, Clearwater, Lake of the Woods, and east Polk counties. These organizational changes are a result of Lisa Peterson’s retirement from her role as senior development officer on June 2, 2018.

Their responsibilities include helping to advance NMF’s mission by articulating the critical role of private philanthropy to the Foundation and the many opportunities for voluntary support in the life of the institution.  Johnson and McCrory’s roles will be to maximize financial gift support to NMF and its component and community funds by seeking contributions in order to enhance the quality of place in the 12-County region.

NMF President Nancy Vyskocil stated, “The development team has a great understanding of the strategic goals at NMF and their personal connections in region will be a great value to our donors and fund advisors."
