Minnesota Philanthropy Partners Names New Assoc. VP of Community Impact

Nadege Souvenir will join the Community Impact team at Minnesota Philanthropy Partners as the new associate vice president of community impact.  She will oversee the day-to-day operations of the community impact team, including the community affiliates and community sharing fund programs.

Nadege is leaving her role as a litigation attorney with Dorsey & Whitney and is excited to apply her skills in an environment that is about building connections, solving problems and connecting people, knowing that every day she will have an opportunity to make a difference.

Nadege gained a deep understanding of community building within the nonprofit sector through her work in the performing arts sector and the Performing Arts Research Coalition (PARC), serving as lead coordinator.

Nadege has an undergraduate degree in communications studies, a master’s in arts administration, and a juris doctorate from Hamline University.
