MCF Garage Sale on May 9

MCF is moving, and much of our office inventory is for sale. Everything must go! Prices are listed below and MCF will accept all offers. The list below is not exhaustive, but an example of much of what is available for sale. 

Sale date: May 9, 2025 – 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. CDT 

Location: 800 Washington Ave N, Suite 703, Minneapolis, MN 55401 

To find the suite within the building, go to the second floor lobby (near the parking ramp entrance). Find the Concrete Elevator (hidden near the back corner of the building). The Concrete Elevator will take you to the 7th floor. (The main building elevator ends at the sixth floor.)

Parking: You may park in the ramp attached to the TractorWorks building, its entrance is on North 10th Avenue between Washington Avenue and North 2nd Street. Street parking is also available variously. 

Payment: Cash or check 

Pick Up: Please plan to take any items with you on the date of purchase. If you suspect you will be buying larger items (furniture, desks, etc.) please plan to bring someone to help you move these items, as MCF staff are unable to help in this way. There is a freight elevator and loading dock that may be utilized in the circumstance of large item removal.
