Lindquist Elected to WACF Board of Directors

The Willmar Area Community Foundation (WACF) announced today the election of Andrew Lindquist to serve on the board of directors.  Lindquist is the Director of Project Management at Marcus Construction​. His wife, Jen and three children, live in rural Kandiyohi. He is a part of the Vision 2040 Leadership Design Team and program graduate, and was on the Willmar Playground Executive Team, a Construction Captain and Build Captain. (Photo below)

In addition, current board members Wayne Nelson, Jon Schmidt, and Andy VanDerBill were elected to serve a second three-year term while, Terry Tone and Steve Linder were elected to serve a third three-year term. Current board member Wayne Nelson will also serve a one-year term as Treasurer.
The board of directors governs the Willmar Area Community Foundation, conducts development activities, approves grant decisions and works to engage people, connect resources and build community.
