The Jay & Rose Phillips Family Foundation Announces Staff Updates

Friday, July 28, 2017

As the Foundation has shifted its work to be bolder, more focused and more impactful in North Minneapolis, it has provided an opportunity to realign some staffing responsibilities. As a result, Joel Luedtke and E. Coco have taken on some additional responsibilities, and both have new titles.

Joel Luedtke is now Program Director with primary responsibility for overseeing the Foundation’s Student Centered Learning grantmaking strategies.  His new responsibilities include administering the Foundation’s evaluation and impact reporting work, and developing and coordinating internal and external learning opportunities for trustees and staff.

E. Coco is now Program Officer with primary responsibility for overseeing the C3 Twin Cities AmeriCorps VISTA Program. Her new responsibilities include conducting the majority of grantmaking work in our Small Business and Entrepreneurship Ecosystem strategy area, and working with Patrick Troska, Executive Director, on overall strategy in this area.

Congratulations Joel and Coco!
