In addition, the Blue Cross Foundation is partnering with the Management Improvement Fund (MIF) to offer capacity building grants to nonprofits across Minnesota. Qualified nonprofits may apply for grants to support projects that strengthen organizations through strategic planning, program evaluation, governance, racial equity, financial planning and more. Since only a small percentage of grant dollars in Minnesota are dedicated to capacity building, despite high need and interest from nonprofits we are excited to offer this opportunity. Interested nonprofits should apply through the MIF website. While applications are accepted throughout the year, grants are only reviewed in May and November. To learn more please see the announcement here.
