Amber joined MACP in 2013 as Project Manager for Strategic Development, where she supported key strategic initiatives and operational priorities of the organization. These initiatives included strategic program planning and the organization’s transition to integrated grantmaking strategies and processes.
“In her tenure at MACP, Amber has made many valuable contributions, and her insights will enhance our strategic planning efforts across the Philanthropies,” said Paul Busch, President at MACP. “We are excited to have her voice and vision on our Senior Leadership Team.”
Prior to joining the Philanthropies, Amber was a consultant with Bridgespan group in San Francisco. In that role, she advised nonprofit organizations and foundations on strategic planning projects. Amber received her Bachelor of Science in computer science from Stanford University.
