Program Director, Vibrant and Equitable Communities

On behalf of our client, McKnight Foundation, CohenTaylor Executive Search Services is conducting a retained executive search for its next Program Director, Vibrant and Equitable Communities. 

McKnight Foundation seeks a strategic, agile, and collaborative leader with a history of advancing racial equity and a demonstrated understanding of the economic, social, political, racial, and ethnic realities across greater Minnesota.

This Program Director will play a pivotal role in communities, forging cooperation with diverse stakeholders, locally and nationally, that strengthens McKnight’s ability to advance durable, people- centered systems change. They will help shape and implement program strategy, as well as connect the dots across the full spectrum of McKnight’s power and resources from impact investing and strategic communications, to learning and evaluation, research, and convening.
