The Brainerd Lakes Area Community Foundation (BLACF), a partner of CommunityGiving (CG), is a local nonprofit focused on building relationships, engaging our community and connecting resources to make our community stronger.

What we need:
Someone with a strong customer service focus, whether toward donors, volunteers, nonprofit partners or co-workers, can be self-directed and practice the core mission and values of the Foundation with professionalism.
Time commitment to the organization of 40 hours per week mainly Monday thru Thursday with a half day on most Fridays. Preferred candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of experience in a donor relations, customer service, communications, fundraising and/or related nonprofit work experience including events or equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.
