Creating a Legacy: Cultivating Shared Leadership
Join us to hear from philanthropic families who are exploring the art and opportunity of generational transitions and multigenerational leadership in ways that allow all family members to meaningfully contribute and lead together.
Minnesota Climate Donor Table - Mining and Climate in Minnesota - Session 2: Community Perspectives
Minnesota’s mining industry is both a source of economic opportunity and a growing climate and environmental concern. Mineral reserves sit within the Treaty territory for some of the state's 11 sovereign tribal nations as well as at the headwaters of water and wilderness resources such as the Boundary Waters, Lake Superior, and the Mississippi River. The Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe and the Minnesota Center for Environmental Advocacy share community perspectives and concerns.
Creating a Legacy: Planning for the Future
This webinar will examine how to thoughtfully evolve, not just preserve, giving for the long-term. We’ll explore decisions about spending down versus operating in perpetuity, the implications of splitting or restructuring, and how to align evolving vehicles and governance to your family’s values and impact goals.
ELL 2: Our Governance Work
This session is designed exclusively for foundation trustees and board members to explore the opportunities and complexities of leading equity, belonging, diversity, and inclusion from the governance level.
Sustainability and Resilience in Family Philanthropy
Join us to explore what it takes not only to give, but to endure—avoiding burnout, nurturing wellness, and reinforcing accountability so your work remains vibrant across generations.
Reflect, Renew, Reimagine
Whether your family is contemplating how to evolve existing philanthropic structures or designing new ones that remain responsive to changing contexts, this session will provide peer reflections, lessons, and plans to help shape a future looking philanthropy that remains true to both vision and legacy.
