Program Officers Peer Network Meeting

Wednesday, October 21, 2020 9:00am - 10:30am CDT

In this day and age where broadband plays a role in every aspect of society, being without reliable internet access means a degradation in quality of life. Now that many schools have completely shifted to distance learning and employers to working remotely, staying connected has never been more crucial.

During this Peer Network meeting, Anne Hoyt Taft, Associate Vice President of Community Impact, Saint Paul and Minnesota Foundation, will be updating us on the work that ConnectedMN is doing to bring tech devices and internet access to over 25,000 students in Minnesota's most vulnerable communities. We will then hear from Mary Magnuson, Program Associate for Public Policy & Engagement, Blandin Foundation, on the work that Blandin Foundation is doing through the Blandin Community Broadband Program to ensure that our communities in greater Minnesota have access to convenient, world-class broadband. The second half of this meeting has been reserved for roundtable discussion among peers.

We hope that you will join us.

The purpose of the Program Officers Network is for those member foundation staff working as program officers or aspiring to  work as a program officer to connect with their peers, exchange information, and learn from one another.

Log-in information will be available in your confirmation email.
