Description: Meet with your fellow foundation operations professionals for a brown bag lunch discussion on leadership. We ask that you come to the meeting ready to informally share your thoughts on leadership: What makes a good leader? How can you enhance your leadership skills? How do operations professionals show leadership within their organizations? How can you be a leader if you’re not in a position of authority? We’ll tackle all of these questions and more in this open-forum discussion on leadership.

This meeting will also include time for you to share updates on your work, as well as to bring questions or ideas you’d like to discuss with your fellow operations professionals. This is an opportunity for you to learn and share with one another, network, socialize and troubleshoot together.

Note: MCF will have coffee, tea and water available. Participants are encouraged to bring their lunches. Lunch places near the MCF office include Be’Wiched Deli, the Freehouse, Bunker’s Music Bar & Grill, etc.
