Description: As a Program Officer, do you feel you have the ability to make changes in the way you’d like? Program Officers have one foot within community and one foot in the foundation. In order to be effective, they must learn to navigate power and exert positive influence in both spaces. What strategies have worked well for other Program Officers trying to be more effective with both the communities they serve and the organizational decision makers they inform? Join the Program Officers Network for an open and honest conversation about strategies to address the unique tensions of the Program Officer’s role.

This is an MCF member-only meeting.
