In order for Minnesota’s philanthropic community to have the greatest impact, we need knowledge and insights about the nonprofit sector. This will be the fourth conversation since early 2020 for MCF members to discuss the vitality of the nonprofit sector. During the past years, the state and the nonprofit landscape have changed dramatically. In September, we’ll dig into the latest data and gain an understanding of short-term and long-term trends that are impacting the current conditions and future health of the sector. We’ll examine details about nonprofit finance and funding including workforce trends, impacts of inflation, overall sector statistics, and trends impacting the missions of our state’s charitable organizations. Bring your insights and questions as we engage in a robust conversation about the current state of the nonprofit sector.
This virtual conversation will be led by Kate Barr, President, Propel Nonprofits and Nonoko Sato, Executive Director, Minnesota Council of Nonprofits (MCN). Together, they bring vast experience leading nonprofit organizations, guiding the sector’s growth, and promoting public engagement in the charitable sector. Susie Brown, MCF President, will moderate the conversation.
Log-in information will be available in your confirmation email.
