Monday, October 30, 2017 9:00am - 5:00pm CDT
Northwest Area Foundation, 60 Plato Blvd E, Suite 400, Saint Paul, MN 55107

As individuals and organizations we are committed to creating more racial equity, inclusion, and justice - but what do those values look like in practice within our organizations? MCF is excited to bring you The Management Center, a nonprofit organization that has worked with more than 100 of the most influential nonprofits and foundations in the country, and has trained thousands of individual managers.

Learn foundational project and people management practices that will help you and your team accomplish your philanthropy even more effectively, and without perpetuating the systems of oppression we’re expending resources to change. You’ll walk away with immediately useful tools and skills on how to bring shared values to life through equitable, inclusive, and results-oriented management.

This training is open to managers and aspiring managers in grantmaking organizations.
