Description: Please join us for a meeting of the LGBTQ Funders Working Group. A full agenda will be announced as the meeting gets closer.
The LGBTQ Funders Working Group is focused on:
- Engaging in peer learning and networking to develop relationships, knowledge, and best practices that support intentional, LGBTQ-inclusive grantmaking practices
- Raising awareness about LGBTQ issues among other grantmakers
- Developing public policy and systems change reform recommendations that strengthen the LGBTQ community and providing an LGBTQ lens on MCF’s existing public policy work
- Exploring joint action to increase philanthropic investments in the LGBTQ community
This working group is for MCF members interested in LGBTQ issues. Working group members do not need to identify as LGBTQ to participate; allies are welcome. This is a MCF member-only meeting.

In cases of severe weather when the Minneapolis Public Schools are closed, MCF offices will also be closed and programs postponed.
