During our November meeting, we'll dig into some of the sticking points that prevent you from advancing racial equity through impact investing. Some of the themes of conversation may include the sticking points that originate with:

• the investment committee
• insufficient resource allocation
• the need for further education among staff and trustees
• the work of an outsourced Chief Investment Officer
• the lack of a defined investment strategy
• the size of the team (i.e., too small to be able to focus on the work, or too large to have a cohesive approach, etc)
• and other barriers that prevent your team from advancing racial equity
