Join this peer conversation to engage in discussion about capital campaigns and building projects. This peer-led conversation will provide time for participants to ask questions, share promising practices and gain peer feedback. Whether you’re currently engaged in funding capital grants, considering how to start, or looking for ideas about how to narrow your funding focus, this conversation is a place for you. This conversation continues a discussion which started at the Program Officers Network in August. Anyone interested in capital funding is welcome to join.

According to NCFP, “Included within the classification of a capital campaign are such projects as the construction of a facility, purchase of equipment and endowment support. A capital grant should do more than just build or renovate a building. An ideal capital grant helps an organization that is already strong. Capital projects, when done right, can be transformational, changing the arc of the nonprofit organizations that they support.”

This is an MCF member program. Log-in details will be provided in your confirmation email. If you have questions about this meeting, please contact Paul Masiarchin, pmasiarchin@mcf.org.
