Description: There are many varieties of family foundations, but all of them have one thing in common: the complication of family. What does this mean for board organization, governance, grantmaking and administration in these philanthropic organizations? Join us for a conversation with Judy Healey, former president of MCF and current president of Healey Foundation Consulting, to learn and share about family dynamics in family foundations.

The Family Foundation Professionals Network is for members who work at family foundations and are interested in discussing the unique issues and opportunities in family philanthropy. The Family Foundation Professionals Network meetings will generally take the form of informal learning from one another around a pre-determined discussion topic, with space on the agenda for updates and other timely discussion. This network is open to everyone who works in family philanthropy – including family and non-family staff of family foundations.

This is a brown bag lunch meeting. Drinks will be provided by MCF.
