Family Foundation Professionals Network

Thursday, May 7, 2020 2:00pm - 3:00pm CDT

Join us for a meeting of the Family Foundation Professionals Network.

At this virtual gathering, we’ll discuss timely issues around how our organizations are starting to move from crisis response to longer-term recovery. We'll start the conversation discussing PRIs in a family foundation, as a strategy for supporting community recovery. Please bring your stories and questions to share and discuss with your peers. We will also allow for time to share updates on how you are responding to the current Covid-19 crisis. Additional themes may include ways that you are supporting nonprofits for long-range sustainability, how you are shifting grantmaking over the next 6 – 12 months, how families are adapting to the current economy, and how you are thinking about community needs in a changed environment. The conversation will be led by attendees; plan to be actively engaged and use your webcam, if you’re comfortable doing so.

This network is for MCF members who work at family foundations and are interested in discussing the unique issues and opportunities for family foundations. This is a member-only meeting. Do you have suggestions for future meetings? Send them to Kristen at

GoToMeeting information will be in your confirmation email.
