Description: Join us for a meeting of the Corporate Community Affairs Professionals Network where we’ll focus on strategic planning and navigating change. This network is for members who work in corporate philanthropy and are interested in discussing the unique issues and opportunities of corporate grantmaking.

At this August meeting, we’ll hear from Mary Jane Melendez, executive director of the General Mills Foundation, about their recent strategic planning process and the changes they implemented as a result. Mary Jane's presentation is meant to spark a group conversation on this topic, with plenty of time to ask questions and share how you think about strategic planning and navigating change in your work.

Corporate Community Affairs Professionals meetings will generally take the form of informal learning from one another around a pre-determined discussion topic, with space on the agenda for updates and other timely discussion. This network replaces the Senior Community Affairs Professionals (SCAP) network and our corporate listserve.

Breakfast, coffee and tea will be provided at the meeting.
