Join your fellow CEOs and foundation presidents for a series of 3 conversations on the theme, Financial Leadership in Times of Change. Through each discussion, we will take a deep dive into an essential leadership topic including finances, human resources and board governance. Each session, facilitated by MCF President Susie Brown, will combine a mix of expert-led presentations and peer-to-peer conversations. Hosted via Zoom, attendees will have opportunities to talk in small group chat rooms and large group exchanges. Conversations will not be recorded to provide a safe space for critical conversations in these uncertain times. 

Financial Leadership in Times of Change will be led by Ben Aase, Principal, CLA Minneapolis and Curtis Klotz, Director of Nonprofit Innovation, CLA Minneapolis. They will be joined by Donna Dalton, Executive Director, Mortenson Family Foundation, who will share insights into the day-to-day and long-term considerations of financial leadership. Together they will guide a conversation that explores the connections between financial strategy, organizational mission, and community impact.
