Description: The Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) practice group is for those leading intercultural development and training in foundations where the IDI is often used as a baseline assessment tool to guide the organization’s work around cultural competency and intercultural organizational development.
The practice group is a peer space designed for participants to trade ideas, swap best practices and support one another in leading these efforts.
At this last meeting in 2016, we will discuss onboarding and retention of new staff.
