Q:  What if I can’t find my confirmation email?

A: Learning Series log-in details were sent to you via an auto-generated email from info@mcf.org with a subject line, “Registration Confirmation: Critical Moment in Philanthropy: 2021 Learning Series”. Q: What if I miss a session?

A: All live sessions will be recorded and videos will be posted online. Sessions will be available approximately one week after the broadcast date. Plus, various pre-recorded TED-style talks have been pre-recorded and are available for MCF members All sessions will be available to view throughout 2021. MCF members may view keynotes and workshop sessions via the Sched page. Non-members may view recordings of the keynotes by contacting Paul Masiarchin, pmasiarchin@mcf.org.

Q: Can I split my registration with a colleague?

A: MCF has made the registration price low in order to allow broad participation. Each registration is individual and may not be split or shared. Q: Do I have to turn on my camera?

A: MCF staff and committee members have created sessions that promote deep learning and rich peer engagement. We hope you’ll feel comfortable turning on your camera often – based on your internet stability and your office/home environment. We understand that many attendees will alternate between turning the camera on and off. As possible, we hope you’ll be able to turn on your camera for group activities and peer conversations. Building peer connections feels so important at this time.

Q: What should I do when I log-in?

A: After you join a session, we invite you to confirm your Zoom name and change it as needed. To do so, right click your name in the list of participants. We suggest renaming yourself as follows, “Name, Organization, Pronouns”.

A: Please contact Paul Masiarchin, MCF Director of Member Services at pmasiarchin@mcf.org or call 612-335-3418 with other questions about the 2021 Learning Series.
