Stimulus, Recovery, and the Arts in Minnesota
This briefing will examine the range of funding, advocacy, technical assistance and partnership strategies for advancing cultural recovery, with a particular focus on Federal stimulus legislation and the new Federal budget. The New Picture of Government Funding
The government funding picture has changed. What we thought we knew may no longer hold true. The tide may be turning, after years of policies which shrunk the role of the federal government in supporting nonprofits, particularly in areas of human services, housing and economic development.
