Sponsorship Information
A wide range of sponsorship opportunities
are available for MCF's Annual Conference on November 17-18, 2004, in
Brooklyn Park, which for the first time is being combined with MCF's
Annual Meeting for Members. The conference will bring together more than
250 representatives of foundations and corporate giving programs from
Minnesota and surrounding states. Conference marketing efforts will reach
all 1,400 MCF member staff and directors/trustees plus 1,200 additional
foundations in the state.

provide a convenient opportunity for attendees to learn more about products and services available for
grantmakers. Ample break times have been scheduled to visit the Exhibit

Exhibitor Information
MCF is offering a limited amount of exhibit
space for its 2004 Annual Conference and Annual Meeting of Members, which
will be attended by approximately 250 staff and board members of private
foundations, community/public foundations, and corporate foundations and
giving programs from Minnesota and the surrounding region. SPACE IS
LIMITED TO A MAXIMUM OF 15 EXHIBITS reserved on a first come, first served
basis.
Exhibit Area
- The Resource Marketplace will be held in
the foyer area surrounding the ballroom on the main level of the
conference center. This space is adjacent to the conference's central
registration and meeting area.
Exhibit Times
- Set-up: 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. Wednesday,
November 17.
- Tear down: 3:00 p.m. Thursday, November
18.
- Schedule: Please see the conference
schedule for information regarding scheduled breaks, etc.
Exhibitor Amenities
- Provided: One (1) 6-ft table, skirted in
an 8' x 10' space (please, no large trade show booths) with two (2)
chairs. Any additional requests, including
electrical, will have additional costs - please contact
Cathy at the Northland Inn directly at 763.971.5572 for more
information.

Exhibit Fees
- For-profit businesses/consultants: $650.
- Nonprofit organizations providing
services to foundations: $400.
Reserve Your Exhibit Space
- To reserve your exhibit space, complete
the exhibitor registration form
(PDF, 1 page) by November
3, 2004, and be sure to include the name(s) of the
individual(s) staffing the exhibit and a brief description of your
business, product or service, and type of payment.
