Join your grant manager colleagues for a visit to a nonprofit agency to learn more about conducting a site visit. We’ll discuss:

  • What information is important to gather before a visit
  • What questions should you prepare before going on a visit
  • What steps should be taken in order to make an informed decision regarding a funding request
  • A nonprofit leader’s perspective on preparing for your visit
